What to Expect on Your First Visit
When visiting with us for the first time, we will take the time to get to know you better and help you get to know our team and our office. Feeling comfortable at the dentist is easier when you are welcomed as a friend and encouraged to ask any questions you have about your dental health and our dental services in Chicago.
The first visit includes a dental exam with Dr. Gayed or Dr. Shaw, including digital diagnostics as needed. If time allows and you need a dental cleaning, this may also be performed that day. We will discuss any dental problems you are having and any issues we may have spotted in your exam.
Our front desk staff can assist you with patient forms and filing a dental insurance claim if you have dental health benefits. Please be prepared to pay your dental insurance copay at the time of your visit.
